He graduated from MEF University Faculty of Law. During his student years, he worked as a student intern at an Asset Management Company, completed his legal internship at a law firm operating mainly in the fields of Foreigners Law, Real Estate Law, Corporate Law and ranked in Legal 500 and started his professional life as a lawyer registered to Istanbul Bar Association.

After working in various areas of law, he established his own office, Batuhan Kaan Uçak Law and Legal Consultancy, in 2025 to begin providing legal services to his clients. He continues to actively practice in the areas of Foreigners' Law, Real Estate Law, Tenancy and Urban Transformation Law, Family Law, and Criminal Law. He also oversees corporate legal transactions for companies, drafts contracts, and provides legal consulting.

In addition to his legal career, Attorney Batuhan Kaan Uçak actively pursues his career as a basketball referee, which he began with the Turkish Basketball Federation in 2015. Since the beginning of his career, Attorney Batuhan Kaan Uçak has aimed to expand his work to the international arena and continues to work in this direction. He speaks advanced English and intermediate Chinese.
